During the inspection, I found one exit sign near the stockroom that was not illuminated due to a faulty internal battery. To address the issue, I replaced the backup battery and tested the sign to confirm it was functioning correctly. After ensuring all exit signs were operational, I informed the manager of the completed repairs, updated the maintenance records, and recommended periodic checks to maintain compliance with safety regulations.
