REGULATOR PRESSURE TESTING WILL BE PERFORMED ONSITE TO VERIFY THE FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM ADEQUATE ACTUATION. VALVE STEM, O-RING'S & SEALS TO BE REPLACED UPON COMPLETION OF THE 12 YEAR HYDRO STATIC TESTING. AFTER SATISFACTORY PRESSURE READINGS HAVE BEEN OBTAINED THE FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM WILL BE TAGGED AND CERTIFIED AS COMPLIANT. All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All equipment is to be considered property of City Fire Inc until all balances are paid in full. All work to be completed in a workman like manner according to standard practices and Florida State law.
